Tio Ōhiwa’s professional oyster shucker will guide you through each tasting, sharing stories about Ōhiwa Harbour, the shellfish farming process, and the unique flavour profiles of local oysters. After the guided tasting, guests can continue the evening at their own pace, ordering more oysters and discovering Mata Beer’s tap list with suggested pairing notes.
Adult tickets include a tasting flight of beer or cider and a six half-shell oyster platter with condiments.
