Keith Melville has assured us via the Beacon letters that he, and by inference other landlords, have not received any tax relief from the Government.

Fair enough. But it begs the question, where did that money go? It certainly didn’t go to anything tangible for the taxpayer or pay down the nation’s debt, which has increased with this coalition.

Also, who else saw the irony of a Government taking away the emergency maternity services at Whakatāne Hospital, only to have our newly minted Minister of Health ride in on his white pony to save the day.
